The Trade a Tree Program and stump removal options are incentives available to members who allow us to remove a tree that grows back into the power lines in 2 to 3 years. We call these trees “cyclebusters.” These are problem trees that require extra maintenance and increase our labor cost.
Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative (WWCEC) will provide the member with a voucher that is redeemable at a local landscape business. The voucher is valued at $100. The landscape company will plant the tree and guarantee it for 1 year.
