Annual Meeting Scholarship Applications Now Available!
For the second year in a row, Wayne-White Counties Electric Cooperative will award ten (10) $500 scholarships at our Annual Meeting at Wayne City High School on June 9, 2023.
Each student who enters must be the son or daughter of an active Cooperative member. While applications from a son or daughter of a Wayne-White employee or board member are not eligible, any of their grandchildren are eligible to apply.
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all applications received. Only one application entry is permitted, per student. The $500 scholarship award will be paid directly to the school on behalf of each scholarship winner. The deadline to submit an application is May 12, 2023, with the winners drawn on May 19, 2023.
Completed applications can be mailed to PO Drawer E, Fairfield, IL 62837, or dropped off at our Fairfield or Enfield office during regular hours, or in the drop box near the front door. They can also be faxed to (618) 842-4497 or emailed to aparrott@wwcec.com. Applications not in hand by 4pm on Friday, May 12, 2023 will not be able to be considered.
